Equipped with sofwares such as Compress, PVElite, Stadd-pro, Nozzle-Pro, AUTOCAD, Strucad, Tekla Structures…..  ABJ is self-sufficient in design & detail engineering of their product portfolio.

In addition, our new facility ABJ Industries PJSC in Abu Dhabi is being built over 250,000 Sq. M., and has commenced its operation since December 2010.

With ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, ABJ is authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessels (NB) to manufacture their products using “U”, “U2”, “S”, “PP, & “NB” Stamps respectively. The fabrication facilities have accreditations to use “NB-R” Stamp for the refurbishment & repair of Coded equipment.

Yet another diversity, ABJ is preparing to achieve “N” Stamp to cater to the forthcoming Nuclear Power Plants in the Gulf.

To achieve stability in producing quality at par with the international standards while adhering to the contractual delivery schedules, ABJ has invested, with a view to be self-dependent, in sophisticated Plant & Machinery such as CNC Plate cutting machines with provisions for Gas & Plasma cutting, Plate Rolling Machines, CNC Pipe profile Cutting Machines, Pipe & Profile Bending Machines, automatic weld overlay facilities on small bore nozzles, etc.

The Machine Shop is equipped with CNC Horizontal Milling-cum-Boring, CNC Milling-cum-Drilling machines augmented with radial drilling, Lathe & Circular/Bendsaw machines to eliminate undue delays in sub-contracting these operations and maintain the global competitive edge.

The Administrative, Departmental and Client/Project specific work instructions & procedures are documented on the “Corpnet” to satisfy the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance (QA) stipulations and the requirements of ASME Codes & Standards governing the Quality Control (QC) Manuals and Procedures. ABJ have supplied Pressure Vessels with CE Marking as per PED to Spain.

Destructive / Non-destructive testing vests with qualified Third Party, to ensure stringent quality standards in un-biased and neutral manner.

The facilities include “Welding Training Center” for training and Pre-qualification of welders & welding processes, Radiography Bunkers for performing radiography of weld joints to ensure uninterrupted work flow while protecting the Health & Safety of the workmen, dedicated Material Storage and Blasting & Painting areas.
