Insulation and Cladding
ABJ Insulation has setup a facility within the ABJ Engineering Shuaiba facility, consisting of offices, store and state of the art cladding fabrication shop using special computerized equipments. ABJ is up-to-date with the most recent technology, for high degree of specialization. It owes its success to the close cooperation given to the Customers by our technicians and engineers and our skilled workmanship.
ABJ has a facility over an area of 5,500 m2 consists of open storage area, fabrication shop, offices and covered storage. The cladding workshops approximate area 480 m2 is designed to produce 12,000 m2 per month of fabricated cladding material both in aluminum and stainless steel. This capacity can be increased to 20,000 m2 per month by introducing a second shift.

-ABJ insulation unit is setup at our ABJ Shuaiba Facility complex
-Facility consists of open storage area, fabrication shop, offices and covered storage.
-The cladding workshop (480 m2 Approx) is designed to produce 12,000 m2 per month of fabricated cladding material both in aluminum and stainless steel. This capacity can be increased to 20,000 m2 per month by introducing a second shift.
-The workshop layout and equipment layouts are designed to support the process flow, from cutting to assembly, ready for shipment, to site.
-The fully computerized equipment will also be supported by some manual fabrication as a fall back. The operation under the supervision of well qualified, experienced supervisors.
-Attached to the workshop is a covered storage area of 480 m2 with offices to support this unit.
