  • Mechanical Design and certification of pressure vessels according to European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED CE).
  • Mechanical Design of pressure vessels for various load cases seismic, wind, dynamic wind loading, blast loads and road and sea transportation.
  • Lifting and rigging analysis for vessels.
  • FEA analysis for pressure vessels, and discontinuities (complete vessel, nozzle to shell, head to shell, skit to head and hot box analysis), using market leading software ANSYS.
  • Fatigue and cyclic analysis of pressure vessels, crack propagation analysis and FFS analysis.
  • Rerating, repair and alteration calculation and procedures preparation.
